Adds CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md required for the Kotlin Multiplatform / Kotlin Foundation project listing. Modeled on the JetBrains Code of Conduct (itself the Citizen Code of Conduct, CC BY-SA), with reporting routed to the project maintainers and attribution preserved. CODE_OF_CONDUCT.mdat the repo root, required for the Kotlin Multiplatform / Kotlin Foundation project listing ("Grant recipients are required to have a code of conduct").Basis: modeled on the JetBrains Code of Conduct — structure (How to behave / How not to behave / How to report / Consequences) and wording — which is itself the Citizen Code of Conduct (CC BY-SA).
Project-specific adaptations:
